Dr. Reba, a naturopathic doctor, certified health coach, barefoot training specialist and master trainer with LA Fitness, approaches movement and fitness as she does health care, holistic and individual. Her physical medicine/movement work focus’s on restoring function, building stability, and improving overall movement efficiency. The human body is designed to move.

Dr. Reba does not believe back, hip and knee pain are normal and works with clients and patients to exercise safely to treat/prevent muscular skeletal pain. Expect a foundational personalized program that fits your needs and desires.

Dr. Reba’s passion for movement accelerated with her struggle with depression after the birth of her children. Exercise was vital to her recovery and maintains an important part of her daily life. Wether she is skiing, hiking in the gorge, or lifting in the gym she knows that exercise makes her happy and she likes to share that joy with others.
